• Bookings must be made directly with the hotel and not via any third party.
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• You must quote your voucher number at the time of booking.
• The hotel may also require a credit card number to secure your reservation.
• You’ll be required to settle the balance of your payment directly with the hotel.
• This voucher has no actual monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• No change will be given.
• Once gift vouchers have been issued no refund will be made.
• Bookings must be taken before the expiry date that is noted on the voucher, which will be 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
