We have 57 en-suite bedrooms, in various layouts to include House Doubles, Twins, King and Hotel Suites of 1,2 and 3 bedroom. Our suites all have a lounge and a small kitchen facility.
All rooms include tv, tea/coffee, fridge, iron, hairdryer and a fan. Occasional child beds are available in certain rooms at an extra charge.
Some room types and suites are located on the ground floor or are accessible via a lift. Please let us know if access is important to you.
Check in is from 2pm allowing guests from the previous night to have departed and for us to prepare your room. Check out time is by 11am.
Of course common sense prevails and if a room is ready earlier or not used the night before an early check in may be possible.
Pets are also very welcome by the resident Jack Russell, Roxy. Please advise when booking as an additional charge is made of £9.50 per night.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by 12noon 48hours prior to your arrival date to avoid charges. If you made your reservation with an on-line travel agent you will need to cancel with them. Please ensure that if you make a cancellation that you also receive a confirmation of the cancellation

Meetings & Events
The Pavilion which adjoins the Cedar Tree Restaurant and the hotel bar has a Banqueting capacity of 150 over 15 tables of 10. It can also be divided into smaller suites with the far section being popular for private dining for between 16 and 50 guests. Ideal for family get togethers.
The Pavilion is fully air conditioned and also benefits from bifold doors onto our North and South Terrace, a popular choice for pre drinks during the summer.›››

At South Lawn we truly appreciate the importance of providing a fitting tribute for a loved one which would normally follow a service at Church or Crematorium.
We make every effort to deal with your arrangements with the minimum fuss to make what can be a difficult process as easy as possibel for you.
South Lawn has private and semi-private facilities for between 20 and 150 guests and can if required combine facilities for numbers in excess of 150.
